Traveling Forward

Dear Seven Seas members and fellow life-travelers,

The Society has been on hold for the past year due to a tragic, sudden loss in our family. As we have spent these past months releasing our father/husband to A Better Place, we have also spent significant time attempting to discern our own winding and sometimes uncertain paths on this wild and wondrous earth.

We’re happy to say that in these next weeks you can expect to see The Society regroup, with future trips to be revealed soon.

Our apologies for any confusion in the meantime. Thanks so much for your patience, and we look forward to planning and experiencing many future trips with you!

New every minute

“It has always been a happy thought to me that the creek runs on all night, new every minute, whether I wish it or know it or care, as a closed book on a shelf continues to whisper to itself its own inexhaustible tale. So many things have been shown so to me on these banks, so much light has illumined me by reflection here where the water comes down, that I can hardly believe that this grace never flags, that the pouring from ever-renewable sources is endless, impartial, and free.” ― Annie Dillard, Pilgrim at Tinker Creek
